KJM Products, Ltd., doing business as BevQuery (“BevQuery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides websites and software that help authorized users identify beverage alcohol distributor representation and, where available, submit product inquiries. We may collect your name, email address, password or other login credentials, business name, county, role, distributor affiliation, notification address, inquiry details, optional product notes, and information you submit when contacting us.

Information collected through use of the service

We may collect login and session information, device identifiers, IP address, browser or device information, search terms, selected brands, county, timing and performance data, inquiry status, and other activity needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the service.

Images

If you use a label-scanning or image-assisted feature, we may temporarily process the image and related extracted text to provide candidate matches and improve service performance. Do not upload images containing personal or confidential information.

• Provide, maintain and improve BevQuery.
• Authenticate users and manage sessions.
• Return distributor representation search results.
• Route product inquiries to participating distributors and provide status information.
• Communicate about accounts, support, service changes and security.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that host, secure or support BevQuery; with participating distributors when a retailer submits an inquiry intended for that distributor; when required by law; to protect rights, safety and security; or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization or sale of the business.

4. Service providers and hosting

BevQuery may use third-party infrastructure and services, including Google Cloud services and GitHub Pages, to host the application, store data, deliver the website and support operations. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy commitments.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary by data type.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also ask us to deactivate your account or change notification preferences.

8. Children

BevQuery is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
